We offer domestic shipping within India at a nominal fee. Since our products, especially the traditional Kashmiri outfits, are voluminous and intricate, we take extra care to ensure that they are delivered safely and in perfect condition.
- Delivery Time: Orders within India typically take 10–15 business days to arrive.
- Packaging: We take pride in carefully packing each outfit to preserve its quality and ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
2. International Shipping
We are excited to offer international shipping to many countries worldwide. For international deliveries, the shipping cost is ₹10,000 per outfit. However, for bulk orders or special requests, please contact our sales team directly via WhatsApp. We will provide a customized shipping quote based on the weight, volume of the order, and the destination country.
- Delivery Time: Generally, international shipments may take anywhere from 40 to 60 business days depending on the destination. This time frame is only an estimate and may vary due to factors such as customs processing and local delivery delays.
- Shipping Days: We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays observed in India.
3. Customs and Import Duties
For international deliveries, products are generally shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means the price you pay for your products excludes any import duties, customs, or local taxes that may apply in your country.
- User Responsibility: As a user, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by your country. These charges must be paid at the time of delivery to release the package from customs.
- Please Note: The exact amount of these duties varies depending on your country’s regulations and will be determined by your local customs authorities.
4. Processing Time
Once you place an order with Kashmiri Retail LLP, our team will begin processing your order within 7 business days. This processing time includes:
- Designing (if customizations are requested)
- Tailoring (if applicable)
- Quality control checks
- Packaging
Please note that processing may take longer for bulk orders or highly customized outfits.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
- For domestic orders, you can expect delivery within 10–15 business days.
- For international orders, the estimated delivery time is 40 to 60 business days, depending on your location. However, we encourage you to reach out to us via WhatsApp for faster delivery options if needed.
Please be aware that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as:
- Customs processing at the destination country
- Local postal delays
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an order confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track the status of your package. This will allow you to monitor your shipment’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
