Our primary goal is to ensure that you, our valued customer, are completely satisfied with your purchase.
However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return or exchange a product. To help guide you through this process, we have outlined our Returns & Exchange Policy below.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the bespoke nature of our garments, Kashmiri Sons does not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. We encourage you to carefully review your order details, including design choices, size, and other customization options, before confirming your purchase.
2. Alteration Services
We understand that sometimes small adjustments may be required for a perfect fit. To accommodate this, we offer complimentary alteration services for all our garments, free of charge, up to 90 days from the date of purchase. These alterations cover basic changes such as length adjustments, minor fittings, and other standard alterations.
For more complex alterations, we will review the garment and provide you with a quote for any additional charges.
- Please Note: The cost of shipping/ courier charges for sending the outfit to us for alterations (both for domestic and international orders) will be the responsibility of the customer.
3. Alteration Process
To request an alteration:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with the details of the required changes.
- Shipping: Send the garment to our workshop. Domestic and international customers will bear the cost of shipping.
- Alteration Completion: Once the alterations are completed, we will notify you, and the outfit will be shipped back to your address.
4. Governing Law and Disputes
This Returns & Exchange Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India.
5. Amendments to the Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Returns & Exchange Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on our website. By continuing to use our website and services, you accept and agree to the updated policy. Kashmiri Sons will not be responsible for notifying customers directly of such changes.
